Worst haircut I've ever had. Asked for a medium-low fade and a little trim off the top and I ended up with the left side of my head shaved off. She tried to "fix" it and ended up shaving higher towards the top of my head. What I have on my head now could have been asked for like this: "On the right side I want it to look like you're almost done getting your cosmetology certificate, give it your best shot at a simple fade... For the rest of my head, just do whatever the **** you want... the two halves don't even have to fit in with each other because I never approach people head on." A normal person would have stopped and thought to themselves "this guy looks somewhat coherent, doesn't look like he's hit a crack pipe in a while... or ever - there's no way he's purposely trying to look like he shat on his own head...". Instead, the woman who chewed on my hair thought it to be perfectly normal for my hair to look like a bag of smashed *******s. I wasn't able to catch her name, I was too busy trying to figure out what in the absolute **** had taken a **** on my hair. Maybe she forgot she was cutting hair and her hands immediately reverted to motioning the steps for cooking crack while inadvertently holding on to the clippers? Maybe she really thought I asked her to give me a half and half, split vertically down the middle, sample of her two worst haircuts? I don't know what happened but it would be greatly appreciated if management contacted me about this terrible experience

Josefa is new but she did an amazing job! She knew what I wanted even though I couldn't quite explain it to her. My fade looks awesome and the top looks great!
